66 - Sixty Six 1.0.0

Publisher Description

Sixty-six is played with a total of 24 cards and the values of the cards, in ascending order, are: 9 = 0; J = 2; Q = 3; K = 4; 10 = 10; A = 11. The total number of points is 120. The aim of the game is to collect 66 points as soon as possible.

Deal
A total of six cards are dealt to each player, two times three cards each. Then the top card of the deck is opened and placed on the bottom, half of the card under the deck. This face up card is the trump card in that game. The order of dealing cards takes place in turns between players.

Game
The player who is not dealing starts the game first and throws a card. The other player throws a card from his own hand against the discarded card. He takes the high-value card or trump hand and stacks them in front of him by closing them upside down. Closed cards cannot be opened and viewed again. Players have to keep track of how many points they have collected. Each player, first the player who took the hand, then the other player, draws the card from the top of the deck on the floor and takes it in his hand. It is not compulsory to play or trump the requested card (same as the card dropped) unless there is a new card to draw in the deck and one of the players closes the game.

Trump nine
The player with the lowest trump card of nine is automatically exchanged for the nine in his hand and the trump card standing on the ground. In order for this to happen, the player must have received at least one hand and must be in the turn to start the hand. In other words, this change cannot be done when there is a card on the floor.

Marriage / Mating
When a player is in the turn to play, matches the king and the king of the same color in his hand and kicks one down and shows the other at the same time, the marriage / match happens. A trump match is worth 40 points, and matching other colors is worth 20 points. During the game, the player who married / paired usually throws one of the spouses and shows the other in his hand and tells the score. It is necessary to get at least one hand to get a marriage / match score.

End of deck
After the loser of the last sixth hand takes the last trump on the floor, there are no cards left in the deck on the ground. After this stage, the rules in the game become more stringent and it is imperative to play with the desired color and, if not available, trump.

Closing
If one of the players believes that he can score 66 points with the cards in his hand, he says "game is over" and puts the trump card on the floor to the top of the deck. After this stage, the rules apply if the deck ends. If the player who closes the game reaches 66 points, he / she gets his / her score from normal scoring. If he does not reach 66, two points are written to the opponent.

Scoring
The point values (9 = 0; J = 2; Q = 3; K = 4; 10 = 10; A = 11) of the hands taken by the player are added. If the player has scored 66 or higher points, he / she gets points according to the following rule:
1 point if the opponent has 33 or higher points,
2 points if the opponent has taken at least one hand and scored 0-32 points,
If the opponent has not taken a hand, he gets 3 points.
